"I am a researcher, a design professional, an educator and an academic administrator. I started my career as ""Jewellery designer"" in UAE-Dubai, further worked with renowned design house – “Amrapali Jewels” as “Jewellery designer and coordinator”. Further continued my academic teaching and administration since last 13 years at “Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery Jaipur (IIGJ Jaipur)”. I am pursuing my Doctoral Degree in design focusing on kundan meena jewellery. I have done my Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Design Management, Post Graduation Diploma in Management with specialization in Design Management, B.Sc in Fashion Design along with technical program in Jewellery design and CAD bases courses. I am presently working as ""Campus Director"" at “Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery Jaipur” which is a project of “Gems and jewellery export promotion council (GJEPC)” sponsored by Ministry of Commerce and Industries. While undergoing my research I have presented My research paper on “CAD Based Design to Minimize Design Rejection in Jewellery Export Industry: A Review” presented at 3rd International Conference on Emerging Trends in Multi- Disciplinary Research. I have Written books for National instructional media institute, Chennai for ITI sector that includes “Foundation course for manual jewellery design”, “Jewellery CAD designing using rhinoceros” & “Jewellery CAD designing using matrix 6.0”. I have Developed course curriculum for GJSCI (Gem & Jewellery Skill Council of India) on “Hand Sketch Designer – Gems & Jewellery”. I have been associated with RISU as ""Convener"" of Board of Studies – Jewellery Design since July 2019 for “Rajasthan ILD Skills University (RISU)”. I have represented Gems and Jewellery on various platform including – G20 Summit “Trade and Investment Ministers’ Meet (TIMM)"" as a Coordinator, World Jewellery Confederation (CIBJO) and been a part of various international conference conducted on “Responsible Sourcing, Sustainability and ESG”, “The Jewellery Brands”, “The Viability of Internationally Recognized Standards in the Jewellery Industry” and many more."
